His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has conferred the Order of Felicitation on Umberto Fanni, Director General of the Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM).
The conferment comes in appreciation for the Director General’s good efforts in managing the Royal Opera House, as well as his contribution to enriching and promoting musical art and its various related fields regionally and internationally through the programmes offered by ROHM.
The Order was handed over to Umberto Fanni by Sayyid Khalid Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court.
