Brunello Cucinelli and Oliver Peoples’ highly anticipated first collaborative collection has dropped. The eyewear collection is the perfect synergy of the heartfelt connection between places and brands and acts as the source of inspiration for an elegant, contemporary collection that offers a refined perspective of eyewear luxury.

The collection has been created in Italy with five different styles inspired by the culture and beauty of Solomeo. The shapes and colours are the result of creative work, designed to express the authentic craftsmanship that is as close to Brunello Cucinelli’s heart as it is to Oliver Peoples.

Both brands, each in their own tradition, are deeply rooted in their homelands: the gentle countryside, harmony, medieval art, and spirituality of Solomeo is the home of the genius of Brunello Cucinelli, who has nourished his soul since birth with such humanistic culture; the genius of Oliver Peoples draws inspiration from the spirit of California, where influences come from cinema, music, and fashion.

This unique connection also becomes the focal point of the advertisement campaign that  highlights a shared value of both brands – modern design marked by a legacy of excellent craftsmanship. With this, the storyline is dedicated to a moment of the present that reflects the past and telling of a friendship that intertwines memories between California and Italy.

Aligning with the collection, the campaign suggests that sometimes the memory of the past can allow us to progress and define the future. The cast includes international cover models Arlenis Sosa and Madison Headrick, the ever-timeless Ollie Edwards, and rising actor Ryan Porter. The story is captured through the lens of well-known photographer, Dennis Leupold, against the backdrop of an Italian-inspired vineyard and villa in Malibu.
