The Day-Date made quite the innovative splash when it was launched in 1956. Seen as a popular choice among world’s who’s who that includes, politicians, directors, and visionaries the Day-Date has, thanks to its emblematic President bracelet, become known as the “presidents’ watch”. This popular wrist icon receives brilliance of diamonds in its 2021 iteration and is presented in three gem-set colourful versions made from 18K yellow gold (featured here), 18K white gold and 18K Everose gold. The Oyster case of these new timepieces is entirely set with 254 brilliant-cut diamonds on the lugs, lug caps and case sides. The bezel is also adorned with 52 brilliant-cut diamonds. The dial, paved with 450 diamonds, is host to index hour markers and Roman numerals VI and IX in enamel. These are coral-coloured on the 18K in yellow gold model and appliques match the colour of the alligator leather strap. Equipped with calibre 3255, they carry the Superlative Chronometer certification.

PATEK PHILIPPE – IN-LINE PERPETUAL CALENDAR (Ref. 5236P-001)

Part of its 2021 launch, the brand-new Perpetual Calendar now comes with an original in-line display.
